When I heard about the Urban Decay Mystery Bag promo, I knew I had to buy something from them. I usually like picking up my make up through Sephora, but sadly I could only get this promo through the Urban Decay website. The promo is a Mystery Bag worth $16 with a value of over $45! I couldn't pass on this awesome promo. And me being as weird as I am, I can't buy something and have to pay for shipping, so I picked something up besides the Mystery Bag, which is actually a palette that I've been drooling over for the longest time!
Lip Junkie Lip Gloss in Naked: I like this lipgloss. It does have a strong peppermint smell so if you are not a fan of peppermint, this is not the lip gloss for you. This does make your lips feel cool, but it doesn't plump them or at least I didn't notice any plumping at all. The gloss is pretty sheer and will just add a tiny bit of shine to your lips, but just a hint of soft color. Also, it has a sweet flavor(no, I don't eat my lipgloss! but accidentally tasted it XD) I don't think there's anything "special" to this gloss, but it's nice. I likes it! Yay!
Sorry about the bad picture, but I had to take this picture asap and sun was going down D:
Naked Skin Beauty Balm: I got this as a free sample and to be honest, I do not like it at all. I feel like it makes no difference and has no coverage at all. I tried it several times just to get a real opinion on it and I just can't notice any difference at all. They recommend to use this with their foundation on top, but this shouldn't really be worn with foundation at all since it's a BB cream. Why would I wear something under my foundation that makes no difference? Specially when my primer already makes my pores look smaller and therefor my skin look better. This was launched this month. I do not recommend this at all. Do not waste your money on this, there are lots of great BB creams out there. I use Missha - M Perfect Cover BB Cream and I love it and it does provide coverage, it's around the same price as this and it's an actual BB cream.
Mystery Bag: Yay, here's my mystery baggie and what came in it:

- All Nighter - Long Lasting Make Up Setting Spray (Sample size 15ml $12)
- 24/7 Glide-on Shadow Pencil in Rehab ( Sample size: 2.5g $17.85 , Full size is 2.8)
- Eyeshadow Primer Potion foil sample

Supercurl Curling Mascara: This baby can hold a curl! That's for sure and I won't deny it...But it gives no volume at all. It does seem to make my lashes look longer and define them, but I kinda like them looking voluminous too. I didn't get raccoon eyes from this and it wore great during the day, though it makes my lashes feel really hard and not like lashes at all, which is something I'm not a fan of. If you're looking for volume, this is definitely not the mascara for you, but if you want a defined curl- this will achieve that for sure! Do I recommend this? If you're looking for volume no, I don't. But, if you want defined curled lashes that last through the day without raccoon eyes or clumps, this is the mascara for you!

All Nighter Long Lasting Make Up Setting Spray: I
didn't notice much of a difference between wearing this setting spray
and not wearing it. I don't really think it does that much, but I still
wear it just in case. A girl from Sephora told me that it works great for her and makes her make up last through the day. I don't know if this is her trying to make a sale or actually being honest. Then again, make up doesn't usually last that long on me because I'm always cuddling with the bf and rubbing anything against your skin will indeed affect how long make up stays on. I wear this daily and I actually forgot to wear it today I do notice that most of my bronzer is gone, my blush is still there, but it's Mac blush so of course it's still there! This might increase how long your make up stays on, but not by a whole bunch! Try it out, the sample size is $12 a Sephora, maybe it will work better for you than it does for me. Also, it seems like the packaging for this changed, don't know if the formula changed too.
Wearing 24/7 Glide-on Shadow Pencil in Rehab on the lower lash line.
24/7 Glide-on Shadow Pencil in Rehab: I've used this both on my eyelids and as an eyeliner and loved it both ways. I used it for my bottom lash and it worked amazing. It's super creamy and really pigmented. I just needed to do it once and not go over it at all. This stayed on for over 6 hours without moving anywhere and looked vibrant through out the day. It didn't crease on my lid either(worn with primer of course). I definitely recommend trying this out. I like better as an eyeliner than the 24/7 eyeliners.

Eyeshadow Primer Potion: Not much to say here, I've tried this before and I love the way it works. It makes the colors look vibrant and prevents creasing. Works great, but so does Lorac Behind the Scenes and Too Faced Shadow Insurance. If you need a good eyeshadow primer, I wouldn't recommend this one. I would recommend Lorac's or Too Faced's, because both get you more product for less money. This one is good too, but it ends up being more expensive.

Ammo Eyeshadow Palette Review + Swatches:
I'll just do a general review on the whole palette instead of reviewing each individual shade. Most of these eye shadows have a bit of fall out, which can be worked on by just tapping the excess off. They are all really pigmented, except for Polyester Bride(3), but that one can be built up. Smog(6), Mildew(7), Last Call(9) and Chopper(10) are the most pigmented ones and the ones with the least fall out. They are all gorgeous shades. I don't think there's a single one that doesn't look great, but my favorite by far is Sin(5), such a pretty shade! I can live with the fact that they have a bit off fall out, because they were great trough the day and they are easy to work with; if one is not showing up too much it's easy to build them up. I love this palette because it gives me so many options. You can make an easy work friendly look playing with the more neutral shades or a more playful one with the colorful ones and even a nice night look because they incorporated Oil Slick(8), which is a gorgeous matte black with glitter. If you are thinking about getting an Urban Decay palette- my recommendation is definitely to pick up the Ammo Eyeshadow Palette. They relaunched this palette recently. I don't have the newest version, but they changed the formula and it's supposed to be much better! They claim, the shades in the new version have a velvety texture, richer color and better staying power.
