I was loving my Julep - Sally quite a bunch, BUT I got this one and had to change colors, because I needed to try it out :D. I got this from my February Julep Box.
I thought it wouldn't really have a holographic effect when I got it, but when the light hits it you can see that gorgeous holo effect! <3
Sadly this chipped withing or a bit after 24 hours, I don't know if that was my fault, or because of the Freedom Top Coat. I did wait until the polish was dry to apply it, but it still chipped.
That's two coats of Julep - Rebel under the Freedom Top Coat. Isn't pretty?
